Drumming is said to be a path of healing that you people into experiencing the flow of your minds and emotions so you may grow to experience more about your soul. By participating in a drum circle, the community rhythms that are produced do not rely on only one other member, and each contributor has their own sound to add, creating a musical picture of the power of collaboration.
An hour session of drumming also helps to:
• Reduce tension, anxiety and stress
• Control chronic pain
• Boost the immune system
• Release negative feelings
• Experience being in resonance with the natural rhythms of life
Classic Music and Arts host Drum Circle every Friday with percussionists Lennon Ruiz and Ernesto Raymat, from Havana, Cuba.

Learn the ropes of climbing at this special ladies night for the adventure seekers. All that you need to bring are training shoes. Tie up your hair and keep the jewellery at home. The gear will be supplied by the centre. You could also learn to belay (safety stuff) for RO20.
