The Grand Penthouse at The Mark Hotel in New York City is a paradise of grandeur. At $86,000 a night, it is, by far, one of the most expensive suites in the world. Guests are promised an overdose of luxury at this 5-bedroom duplex penthouse with a large terrace and an exclusive room service menu. It offers, besides other bespoke facilities, a 24-hour access to Bergdorf Goodman tailoring as well as hairstyling from Frédéric Fekkai Salon.

Touted as the largest suite (18,000sqft, to be specific) in Europe, Home Suite Homethe Royal Penthouse at Hotel President Wilson in Geneva is designed to give families (as many as 12 members) the privacy they seek while travelling. The suite covers the entire eighth floor and the terrace presents a panoramic view of the surrounding Geneva lake. There are 12 luxury bedrooms and two master bedrooms, each with walk-in dressing area and marble bathroom with Jacuzzi. The generously furnished suite has amenities that are designed to cater to celebrities and business tycoons.
