Abu Moo Collection

The Abu Moo Collection is said to be the most expensive app available on Google Play; it is a collection of six individual apps that was developed by Abu Moo in Hollywood. The apps are named after gems – Amethyst, Aquamarine, Black Diamond, Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald – which, curiously, have been designed with the sole purpose of adding a gem widget on to the Android device’s background. It is an exercise in arrogance, as its creator invites users to purchase the suite to simply brag about it to others. Price: $3,300 ($550 each)

An app for gamers… Developed by Ubiquitous Muffin, it consists of five ‘simple’ games that are age appropriate for kids: Boingg, a typical pachinko machine; Wormz, an arcade/puzzle game; Clown bop, a punching bag designed as a clown; Zooblz, a puzzle game that involves spinning the blocks and matching the patterns; and Beez and Bubbles, which involves using muffin guns and lasers to protect a misty bubble homeland against the killer beez. Price: $368.98
