Indian Embassy announces ‘Bharat Ko Janiye Quiz 2018’
Embassy of India, Muscat, has announced the launch of 2nd edition of ‘Bharat Ko Janiye’ Quiz, which is being organised by Indian Government’s Ministry of External Affairs, with a view to encourage Indian diaspora to enhance their knowledge about India.
The Quiz offers a chance to the participants to win a 15-day tour of India and several other exciting prizes. The Quiz is open to overseas Indians, including Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs), between 15 and 35 years of age. It will be conducted in 4 rounds: the 1st round of the Quiz will be conducted online, from 28 June-28 July 2018, for NRIs and PIOs in Oman at www.bharatkojaniye.in. 
Advance online registration is mandatory to participate in the Quiz. Top three participants from Oman, in each category of competition in the 1st round, will be awarded by Embassy of India, Muscat.
The 2nd round will be conducted online for all NRI and PIO winners of the 1st round from across the globe. Top 10 worldwide finalists, in each category (PIOs and NRIs), from the 2nd round, will be invited to participate in the 3rd round/Semi-final Round and 4th round/ Final Round to be held in New Delhi.
