Volkswagen Oman ties up with Budget RAC
Volkswagen has partnered with Budget RAC to add five units of the much-loved sedan Passat to the car rental company’s fleet. With a wide range of safety and comfort features, the whole family will feel at home in the Passat – from the city to the suburbs and everywhere in between. The model has stepped up the style factor and upgraded the technology to make it even more attractive. Customers choosing to rent a Volkswagen Passat through Budget RAC will receive a host of additional benefits. The partnership will extend customers’ preferential rates for long-term, short-term lease, and daily rental options.
The New Mercedes-AMG SL Returns
The new Mercedes-AMG SL, the new edition of an icon, returns to its roots with a classic soft top and sporty character. At the same time, the luxurious roadster as a 2+2 seater is particularly suitable for everyday use and puts its power down on the road with all-wheel drive for the first time. High-tech components such as the AMG active ride control suspension with active anti-roll stabilisation, rear-axle steering, the optionally available AMG ceramic high-performance composite brake system and the standard-fit digital light with projection function sharpen the sporty profile. In combination with the AMG 4.0-litre V8 bi-turbo engine, this results in a driving experience of the highest order. Nissan Takes Inspiration From Kumiko Patterns
The all-new Nissan Ariya electric vehicle took inspiration from Japanese artisans to change how vehicle design is experienced inside and out. The result is Nissan’s new styling direction called “Timeless Japanese Futurism” which will define the company’s products from here on. Part of this model’s new design concept is the integration of distinct patterns and symbols into key spots on the vehicle to convey Ariya’s Japanese heritage and influences. Among the more prominent of these is a stylised Kumiko pattern, a traditional Japanese woodworking technique that arranges complex, intricate geometric shapes into captivating art. Kumiko-inspired patterns can be found on the Ariya’s exterior front shield, as well as several places inside the cabin. The pattern’s use of negative space made it a perfect design enhancement to house lighting and speakers without disrupting the room-like interior atmosphere.
