New Mediterranean Menu at Millennium

Bahriyat, Muscat’s home-grown seafood restaurant with a modern twist, has re-launched with an exciting new Mediterranean menu. The recently appointed Cluster Executive Chef Vito Fornelli has developed a culinary celebration of the Mediterranean, drawing influence from both sea and kitchen.

The restaurant promises an inviting dining experience for the whole family, with a variety of homemade ocean-inspired dishes, all cooked with locally-sourced seafood trawled from the coast of Oman and crafted by true arbiters of good taste.

“I believe in the quality of simple, fresh ingredients. Good, raw produce determines the finished product and we are very excited to present the new offering of Bahriyat to our guests,” says Chef Vito Fornelli.

The new dishes available on the menu include Lobster Ravioli, Roasted Halibut with Olive Crust, Black Squid Ink Risotto, Tuna Tartare prepared with the morning’s catch, and a Lobster Bisque Soup infused with garden-fresh strawberries.

From a select variety of seasonal favourites to signature dishes, Bahriyat brings to Muscat a new form of clean, Mediterranean cuisine, suitable for every preference or palate.
