Bank Muscat, in its commitment to providing a distinct banking experience, has redefined Tablet banking to offer innovative and convenient door-step service for clients. Defining the 
bank’s customer-centric strategy, Tablet banking is aimed at proactively reaching out to customers at the convenience of their homes or offices to help with their banking requirements. The facility allows opening of accounts for new and existing customers, issuance of cards as well as processing of consumer and auto finance, credit cards and Bancassurance products. The Tablet can capture ID, update KYC data and generate other documents electronically. The Tablet banking facility is made available for asalah Priority banking customers by Relationship managers.
Assistant Chief Concierge at Kempinski Hotel Muscat receives golden keys
As part of the annual meeting held by Les Clefs D`Or UAE and the Oman Concierge Group, Assistant Chief Concierge at Kempinski Hotel Muscat, Emanuele Vecchio was pinned with 
the ‘golden keys’ of Les Clefs D’Or – signifying his ability to unlock any door for guests in order to provide a memorable experience. Emanuele is the first concierge member from Kempinski Hotel Muscat to receive the golden crossed keys, joining the hotel as part of the pre-opening team in March 2018 after being a concierge for over 8 years. In addition, Emanuele marks the first concierge to be pinned in Oman, as other members of the Oman Concierge Group have been pinned in the UAE.

welcoming space. A bright new colour palette, inspired by fresh vegetables, and the new Choice Mark, serves as a focal point in the new space. The new look and feel has gone through significant consumer testing and is designed to transform the entire guest experience. The new Subway Fresh Forward design is in 323 locations in 26 countries around the world. There are currently another 136 locations in various stages of construction and 185 restaurants in the design phase.
