Oman Tourism College Opens Admissions

Oman Tourism College (OTC) has begun welcoming new students for the academic year (2020-2021) from Sunday, June 21 onwards, for the various academic programmes that it offers. This includes the General Foundation programme, Bachelor (Honours), and Diploma. Students can register by visiting the college website and filling in the required admission form.

Oman Tourism College offers various programmes, short-training courses and professional development courses in its state-of-the-art classrooms and labs; all of which are fully equipped with advanced tools and technologies. They provide BSc (Hons) and Diploma in four primary majors, namely, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Tourism Marketing, Event Management and Business Enterprise, alongside pathway courses in Service Management or Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Moreover, Oman Tourism College also offers a full-time or part-time study system, to provide students in various fields of tourism, with an opportunity to further develop their qualifications and skillsets to advance their career.

Al-Ruwad Electronic Market Exhibition Kicks Off Under the Auspices Of Al Yousef Group

The third edition of the Al-Ruwad electronic market exhibition began under the sponsorship of Al Yousef Group on July 27, 2020 Monday. The Al-Ruwad electronic market exhibition kicked off as a one-hour live programme on Instagram application. It had more than 200 participants from small and medium enterprises and women entrepreneurs. The exhibition is aimed at spreading culture of choosing Omani products and promoting them. It is also meant for creating commercial relations and cooperation between Omani business leaders. It will help male and female entrepreneurs and owners of small and medium enterprises of Oman in improving and increasing their income. Khadija Bint Mubarak Al Batashiya, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the East Coast Exhibitions Company and organizer of Al-Ruwad Electronic Market Exhibition thanked Al-Yousef Group for their generous support for the exhibition.
