Dear Evan Hansen is a 2021 American coming-of-age musical teen drama film directed by Stephen Chbosky from a screenplay by Steven Levenson. In a Marc Platt production, the film stars his son, Ben, reprising his performance in the title role, which he originated on stage. Evan Hansen, a high school student with Social Anxiety Disorder, has a therapeutic self-intended letter stolen by a classmate named Connor Murphy, who later dies by suicide. Connor’s family mistakes the letter as a letter sent to Evan by Connor. Evan inserts himself into the boy’s past, throwing him into a series of lies and confrontational events.

Cry Macho is an upcoming American neo-Western drama film directed and produced by Clint Eastwood as an adaptation of the 1975 novel of the same name by N. Richard Nash. The plot follows a former rodeo star (Eastwood) who is hired to return a young man (Eduardo Minett) in Mexico to his father (Dwight Yoakam) in the United States. Ex-rodeo star Mike Milo is hired by his former boss, Howard Polk, to kidnap his Mexican son Rafael and transport him to Texas away from his alcoholic mom. On their journey, the horseman finds redemption by teaching the boy what it means to be a good man.
I’m Your Man
