Wearable Keyboard & Mouse

A lowdown about gadgets that are making news around the world, like a wearable keyboard and mouse, etc.

As the keyboard continues to evolve and make life easy for users, TAP has found an all new dimension for the regular keyboard and mouse. TAP’s wearable keyboard and mouse are designed to operate without wires, making it convenient and stress free. Using Bluetooth connectivity, this wireless wearable keyboard will be able to transform just about anything that you touch into a surface on which you can type on. It is a one-handed keyboard, requiring one to learn how to adapt to it. But that should not be an issue, as it will alter the model for controlling and texting to mobile devices such as wearable screens, AR/VR, smartwatches, accessibility devices and pro tablets such as Microsoft’s Surface Pro.

Sitpack and enjoy…

If you are one of those who constantly looks for a place to sit when out, the Sitpack collapsible stool is what you would need. The new Sitpack Zen is a portable carbon-and-aluminum stool, which can be carried in a backpack or on the shoulder, ensuring that you always have a place to take the load right off. The self-contained package hangs a 8.7” x 1.7” cylinder from an integrated carry strap. It can be opened in seconds, turning the side wings into a Y. The cylinder below the wings is a 38” telescoping leg that can be adjusted to your preferred height. It’s a very simple, quick process that all but takes care of itself. Although it is not a self-supporting chair that can take all the weight, it helps you to lean against it with your backside on the cushion between the wings.

‘Razer’ sharp games

Good news for gaming enthusiasts. Razer is now offering gaming grade Wi-Fi for the home. Razer has worked with networking partner Ignition Design Labs to roll out a new Portal router that has been specially created for gaming purposes and to bring about an optimisation of features as well as performances. Having figured out that device connectivity is a major area that requires improvement for gamers, Razer has introduced mesh-capable Portal Wi-Fi routers to do its bit to prevent such setbacks from happening. Both high bandwidth gaming and streaming applications would not be too much of a trouble for the Portal router, which is expected to hit the market in early 2018.
