A’soud Global School unveils new Science Facilities on campus

A’soud Global School (AGS) announced the inauguration of three state-of-the-art German engineered Science laboratories at its campus in Muscat. Attended by Dr. Madiha Bint Ahmed Al Shaibani, Minister of Education, the School, which follows British International Curriculum, hosted a prestigious event to launch the new facilities. The new facilities form part of the School’s continued efforts to challenge students to explore the reaches of their natural curiosity. Key features of the customisable laboratories include flexible seating and desks, coupled with a fully-stocked preparation room and extensive storage for hazardous chemicals.  A full-time lab technician has been employed to ensure the full and effective functionality of the new facilities.

Omantel and Oman LNG build bridges toward HR Excellence

Omantel and Oman LNG have signed a pivotal agreement that stipulates a strategic partnership in human resources field, which includes training and development, cross posting opportunities, leading change and human resources systems. The three-year agreement, inked at Omantel’s Head Office, enhances the on-going cooperation of Oman’s largest companies and majority state-owned companies to build bridges toward human resources excellence. The collaboration is a consolidation of efforts in relation to various human resources aspects such as staff development and capacity building, where both companies will share knowledge and exchange expertise in various disciplines within the world-class human resources practices.
