Global Optimism Outlook Survey on Oman

The majority of Oman’s public believes that greater-knowledge sharing between communities is needed to shape a positive future for humanity, according to a major new global survey. Commissioned by Expo 2020 Dubai and conducted by YouGov, a global public opinion and data company, the world’s first Global Optimism Outlook Survey questioned over 20,000 people across 23 countries, broken down by geographic region, gender, employment, marital status, and income to track individual, national, and global priorities for the future. The survey findings reveal that 63 per cent of Oman’s public consider themselves optimists with most (90%) believing that sharing knowledge between communities plays a vital role in solving issues and creating a better world for the coming generations. Greater communication (88%) and collaboration (87%) between communities were also highly rated.

Moosa Car Rentals and SIXT offer premium mobility services in Oman

Moosa Abdul Rahman Hassan & Co Group has strengthened its presence in Oman in car rental and leasing segment with the latest franchise agreement between its company, Moosa Car Rentals LLC, and SIXT, the German based international mobility provider. SIXT is one of the largest car rental companies in the world with a fleet of 270,000 cars, in around 110 countries. The franchise agreement facilitates SIXT to extend its international network to Oman. The new partnership will manage the rental and leasing business in Oman as Moosa Car Rentals will be receiving inbound reservations from all around the world as well as generating outbound reservations for the existing and new customers within Oman.
