Customers can send greetings or special dedicated messages for everyone to see. Customers can avail of this feature on any occasion, by contacting the mall’s customer support desk, for a small price. The mall’s recent expansion took place last year and saw the erection of a 15-meter-high screen. The screen has been the mall’s primary attraction and is generally used to display informational and interactive media, general details about the various stores within the premises and fun games in the case of any events. With the opening of its mall expansion, MGM has introduced an even wider range of brands to the mall, such as Defacto, which is an international brand making their debut in the Sultanate.
