OTC Signs MoU with Washington State University
Oman Tourism College (OTC) has recently signed an MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) with Washington State University (WSU). As part of the agreement, OTC students and faculty members can engage in collaborative virtual learning, joint research and industry projects, as well as faculty exchange and study abroad programmes. It also allows Omani students looking to obtain a PhD in Tourism and Hospitality to apply for the Doctoral Degree Programmes at Washington State University.

To utilise the service, customers can send ‘Hi’ to 24770000 to initiate a chat with the bank.
Danube Group Pays Back Salary Cut During COVID-19
Danube Group, a Dubai-based conglomerate is the first ever company of the Middle East to return back 30% of the salary cut down during COVID-19 pandemic in the month of April and May across the group. The decision was complemented by the organisation of rehiring over 350 people. “Our Group has been doing considerably well. Of course, there had been some hitches along the way due to this pandemic and we found that nothing was unmanageable on account of the determination of our employees to sail through this biological and economic disaster intact. Those efforts have now translated into us being able to hire more people and return the salary that was deducted,” said Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Group.
