Kempinski Hotel Muscat, in partnership with Qatar Airways, will bring ‘Taste of China’ food festival to Muscat, from 7 to 18 October; it will be presented by Chef Wilson Gao and his culinary team from the renowned Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai. The Taste of China food festival, to be held at the hotel’s interactive restaurant, The Kitchen, will showcase a sumptuous culinary portrait with a fusion of invigorating flavours and oriental aromas. It will feature carefully crafted menus – using distinct ingredients – of traditional and modern Chinese delicacies such as the famed roasted Beijing duck, a variety steamed dumplings and exciting braised beef in honey, paired with an exquisite selection of Chinese beverages. In addition, Chef Gao and his team will each create signature dishes, including braised king prawn with tomato sauce, green bean with sea urchin soup, and braised beef cheeks.
