While their progression into family business may seem to be a natural flow of events, the crux of the issue is that these women have taken on the mantle of responsibility with aplomb, playing a pivotal role in the successes of their business. We celebrate women all through this issue, as we pack the pages with stories that reflect her various moods and hues.
