--smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 850\/567;\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Ingredients:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 cup Greek yoghurt<\/li><li>2tbsps olive oil<\/li><li>2tspspaprika<\/li><li>\u00bdtsp cumin powder<\/li><li>1\/8tsp cinnamon powder<\/li><li>1tsp chilli flakes<\/li><li>Zest of one lemon<\/li><li>2tbsps lemon juice<\/li><li>\u00bdtsp black pepper powder<\/li><li>5garlic cloves (minced)<\/li><li>1kg boneless chicken thighs<\/li><li>1 red onion (cut into wedges)<\/li><li>1 large capsicum (cut into wedges)<\/li><li>Salt to taste<\/li><li>Oil (to grease the grill)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Method:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Remove the skin from the chicken and trim any excess fat, before cutting it into large bite-sized pieces.<\/li><li>In a medium bowl, combine the yoghurt, olive oil, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, chilli flakes, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic.<\/li><li>Now, thread the chicken onto the skewers; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 850\/567;\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Ingredients:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Juice of one lemon<\/li><li>1kg minced lamb<\/li><li>2tbsp oil<\/li><li>100gms coriander leaves (chopped fine)<\/li><li>8 garlic cloves (crushed or minced)<\/li><li>8 green chillies (chopped)<\/li><li>1tsp coriander powder<\/li><li>1tsp cumin powder<\/li><li>1tsp peppercorns<\/li><li>1tsp turmeric powder<\/li><li>\u00bdtsp garam masala (spice) powder<\/li><li>2-inch ginger (grated)<\/li><li>Salt to taste<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Method:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Blend together garlic, ginger, chillies, crushed peppercorns, cumin, coriander powder, lemon juice, turmeric powder and salt in a food processor to form a paste.<\/li><li>Add in oil and keep aside.<\/li><li>Take the minced lamb in a bowl and mix in the lemon juice, prepared paste and coriander.<\/li><li>Mix it well and turn them into long sausage shapes on the skewers.<\/li><li>Wet your hands to get the shape right on all the sides.<\/li><li>Brush the kebabs with oil before setting it on the grill at medium heat.
