According to a recent study, there is a connection between how much sleep you get each night and the risk of cardiovascular problems. Many studies have emphasised the importance of sleep in maintaining general health and well-being and researchers are also finding how sleep quality affects specific aspects of a person&#8217;s health. Resent research indicates that there is a link between sleep quality and the risk of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.medicalnewstoday.com\/articles\/247837.php\">atherosclerosis<\/a>, a condition that doctors characterise by plaque build-up in the arteries.
