What does it mean to be physically fit? What is Fitness? Fitness is a set of characteristics that people need to be able to complete physical activities. Your fitness can be defined by what type of activity you do, how long you do it, and at what level of intensity you are working.
Physical activity/ Exercise is a vital part of being strong, healthy, and physically fit.
Do you exercise or do you just fool yourself thinking into being active? Think what you actually do and what you should be able to do. If you cannot touch your toes then NO, you are not fit.
